Thank you for your interest in providing a home for one of our rescued pets. Please understand that our process does not operate on a first-come basis. Our goal is to match each pet to the best family for that pet. We appreciate your patience because all our workers are volunteers with jobs and other responsibilities, we follow up as quickly as possible. VERY SPECIAL BOY!
Austin was born 3/20/07 and looks like a Russian Blue mix. He is very, very frisky yet very gentle. Austin loves to held, cuddled, loved and played with. He is a lap cat who will talk to you when you look at him. He was very sick when he was two years old and a mass was discovered. In October 0f 2008, Austin had part of his Pancreas removed and his Spleen removed along with the mass that was making him sick. No one knows why this happened but the vets say his x-rays look great. Because he has no Spleen, Austin has a tendency to throw up if he eats too much at one time. He is still the most gentle and loving boy I have ever met! Austin can be very frisky and plays rough with the other cats. He needs someone who can love him as much as he will love them!
