Harley was born 7/12/2012.  He is the most ADORABLE boy you will ever have the pleasure of meeting.

Harley suffered hypoxia (oxygen deprivation) most likely in the birth canal while being born.  He has Cerebellar Hypoplasia (a disorder of the brain that effects motor skills)

Harley has no idea there is anything different about him, and runs about the house playing with everything he comes across.  He compensates for his minor lack of rear leg coordination by walking with a little "swagger".  Looks as if he is just being the most "happy go lucky" boy!

Our vets say he will most likely improve on his motor skills as muscles develop.  He is perfectly healthy otherwise!

We all think he is perfect just the way he is!  Everyone who meets Harley falls in love immediately.  He is very loving and affectionate with people, plus plays extremely well with others.
